SMS is counted in segments, not messages. Enter whole, billable voice minutes after rounding each call up.
Estimate uses pay-as-you-go rates, not prepaid packs. Includes the selected plan subscription; excludes taxes, extra phone numbers, carrier registration, payment processing and identity checks. In-app messaging is free and unlimited.
How usage is counted
What is a text segment?
Carriers bill texts in segments of up to 160 characters, or 70 characters when a message contains emoji or special characters. A longer message counts as more than one segment.
Received texts
Texts from your members are always delivered and never blocked, even if you’ve used your monthly allowance.
Staff vs. AI minutes
Calls your team handles use staff minutes. Calls answered by the AI voice agent use AI voice minutes. If the AI transfers a call to staff, each part is counted separately.
Rounding
Each call is billed in whole minutes, rounded up.
Payment processing (Stripe) and identity checks (Stripe Identity) are billed separately by Stripe. Vega Command charges no fee for access-control integration.
